We would like to take a moment and congratulate Bro. Larry Harper (@schxlarship) for winning the 2025 Conclave Tampa National Oratorical Competition! 🙌🏽

Bro. Harper has been adamantly working on his speech since April and was not only able to win within the Southern Region, but to win nationally! 🌎 🥇

Bro. Harper’s topic was, ‘Is social media more harmful than beneficial to the mental health of today’s youth.’ Bro. Harper elegantly presented his case that social media is neither harmful nor beneficial, but rather, dependent on how one chooses to use it. In his words, “You can literally destroy your life with it, OR, you can take it as an opportunity to build something extraordinary.”

We thank Bro. Harper for not only representing the Mu Epsilon chapter, Florida State University, and the Southern Region, but the virtues required to be a PHI BETA SIGMA MAN.
